At Doyle’s Premium, we’re committed to getting your beard care products to you quickly and reliably. Below are the details of our shipping process to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to:

  • Canada (all provinces and territories)
  • United States (all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii)
  • Select international destinations

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. Our standard rates include:

  • Canada:
    • Standard Shipping: Starts at $5 flat rate
    • Free Shipping: On orders over $75 CAD
  • United States
    • Standard Shipping: Starts at $7 USD flat rate (for orders up to 1 kg, e.g., 1-2 beard oils or balms)
    • Free Shipping: On orders over $75 USD
  • International: $20–$35 CAD, depending on destination and order weight
    • For EU orders, customers are responsible for VAT and duties at import. Contact us for details.

You’ll see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding statutory holidays). Once processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after your order ships:

  • Canada:
    • Quebec: 1-3 business days
    • Rest of Canada: 3-7 business days
  • United States: 5-10 business days
  • International: 10-21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays. International orders may face additional customs processing times, which are beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll send a tracking number via email. Track your package on our website (Track Order page) or through the carrier’s site (e.g., Canada Post, USPS, or local postal services).

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated delivery window:

  1. Check your tracking information for updates.
  2. Contact us at sales@doylespremium.com with your order number, and we’ll investigate promptly.

For lost packages, we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement at no extra cost. For delays, we’ll keep you updated and ensure your satisfaction.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receipt at sales@doylespremium.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible, with no additional shipping fees.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for orders containing oversized items (e.g., grooming kits with brushes).
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These are not included in our shipping rates.

Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. To update an address after ordering, contact us at sales@doylespremium.com within 24 hours, and we’ll try to make the change before processing.

Backordered Items

If your order includes backordered items, we’ll ship everything together once all items are available. You’ll receive an email with the estimated shipping date. For partial shipments, contact us to arrange.
